The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-round contest which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "break" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Former two-time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive disparity - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Boxer's Attitude
"I will injure his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a composed Joshua and social media star Paul - usually recognized for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "a joke" after Ngannou rejected a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted British opponent Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he showed up," the boxer commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Still, the novice continues to be one of boxing's greatest commercial attractions, consistently making substantial paydays.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a stoppage in round four or five and claimed he would derail the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently under discussion for 2026.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Size Difference
As the two fighters engaged in the usual face-off, with their height and weight contrast evident, it highlighted just how surprising this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is really proceeding.
